More backlog, more backlog! This was back when my Wednesdays were free and I could take a well-deserved break in between work.

Seabay's owner comes from north-western Xinjiang, China, and he has brought his noodle making skills over to Sydney. Quite a few places in the CBD area have cheap and deliciously authentic Northern China cuisine. I'm not too sure about the cost anymore, but this bowl of noodles can't cost more than $10, and it's SO big.

Lots of thinly sliced beef atop hand made, chewy noodles. I requested for no coriander of course, but I love how they are so generous with the chong (mental brain block, I don't remember what it's called in English now). Usually when I request no coriander on my noodles, they tend to omit the chong as well. They aren't the same! =(

Could have probably chosen something better, but I actually really liked this cold salad of pulled chicken and cucumber. I never really notice Asian salads... when I think of salads, I think of either Western salads (seafood, caesar, etc) or Japanese with my favourite yuzu dressing. This was actually quite refreshing. I don't know what the dressing is, but I could taste sesame oil, vinegar, loads of pepper (yay!)... that's it.

Vegetarian pancake stuffed with various... non-meat filling. This was really really filling, and I found it kind of blend, but there are heaps of sauces you can put into this, but really, you need: soy sauce, and chilli sauce. Their homemade chilli sauce/oil is absolutely great.

Lamborghini was exhibited at Galleries Victoria for the Dark Knight Rises promo, along with quite a few posters and draft sketches of the previous movies.

The promo was to win a ride in this to the premier, though after what happened in Denver's premier of the Dark Knight... hm...

I could actually kinda guess which scene he chose to barge in with his gun actually... such a sad sad tragedy =( Though really, there is no point dragging people from the actual movie into the whole shooting incident. They had nothing to do with it. It's still a good movie...

Yep that's it! I tend to call them spring onions... can't tell the difference really.
Think the only difference is that there is a bulb at the end of shallots and none for spring onions.
Shallots have a bit of a garlic taste too. AKA scallion (sounds like a pokemon)
